He has seen clients who are at the peak of their chosen sports, as diverse as Bodybuilders, Paralympic Athletes and Elite OCR Racers to give just a few examples. He has clients who enjoy partaking in different sports and leisure activities, as well as those with more sedentary lifestyles who choose not to exercise at all.

Alex is qualified in a variety of treatment styles including
- Sports Massage

- Ultrasound & Electrotherapy
- Cupping Therapy (Wet cupping isn’t used in this clinic)

Alex is passionate about sport. He has played and watched a variety of sports throughout his life, he can identify movement patterns the body needs to withstand in a variety of different situations and understands the demands that different activities put on the body. Using this knowledge, Alex helps his clients understand muscles they need to be using and therefore discuss appropriate treatment options.

Sport and health are still a big part of Alex’s life, playing and coaching for Camberley RFC, coaching rugby at Gordon’s School and with the Harlequins ACE Programme.

A word from Alex

“I am very much looking forward to the next chapter of my professional journey at Resolute Health. Adam, Chloe and I have been discussing the prospect of combining our industries for a while; with them expanding into a new space and inviting me along for the ride we have been able to launch our new adventure.
I am a firm believer that one treatment style won’t suit everyone, therefore I will always discuss all of the options available to my clients and give my opinion on which style I would recommend. Together we will come up with a treatment plan so you can get back to full health and be able to perform to the best of your ability.”

Amy

Amy is a senior Therapist at Resolute Health.

She has been working with Alex at The Physio Camberley for over 3 years, running her own clinic as well as looking after 2 football clubs, Ash United and Get Active Academy.

Being able to work in a variety of environments Amy has been able to treat a number of different clients. Whether you are a Pro-Athlete, bodybuilder, exercise enthusiast, have a physical or sedentary job, Amy will be able to help you become the best version of yourself.

A word from Amy

“From an early interest in playing rugby for Surrey and Cobham to seeing my Mum and Sister playing netball at high levels I have have been surrounded by a variety of sports and sports injuries from an early age. This along with a general interest in sports and sport rehabilitation sparked my interest in Sports Therapy, wanting to know more about injuries and how to help people recover inspired me to train as a sports massage therapist.
I am looking forward to continuing my professional journey with Alex at Resolute Health and being able to help many more clients become the best version of themselves they can be.”

The story

Adam and Chloe (from Resolute Athletic) decided to join forces with Alex (from The Physio) to bring you Resolute Health. Adam and Chloe are experienced Personal trainers who wanted create an extra element to their gym with a treatment room and asked Alex to come on board. They all decided to use Resolute in the name as tribute to Jordan, more details about this below, hence Resolute Health was born!

The idea and name ‘Resolute’ came from Adam’s late-brother Jordan, who was actually the first person to take him into a gym. Jordan sadly passed away in October 2020 after a five-year battle with cancer but we try to bring his energy to every session we teach.

Jordan made fitness and the gym a big part of how he tackled cancer; his dedication to health helped him live those years to the max and stay mentally strong through some very tough times.

He was resolute from start to finish, never giving up or giving in. He is a constant reminder that without health, we have nothing and his spirit lives on in how we train ourselves, our clients and approach each day.

Over the last 8 years of my coaching career I’ve always loved the idea of being better than you were before. Fitter, faster stronger; mentally and physically.

I believe it’s a privilege to have these able bodies and we should take care of them as best we can. If we can look and feel more confident in the process then even better.

I get the ultimate high seeing my clients do all of these things and will put my clients needs above anything else. I want to navigate people into their forever improving versions of themselves. That’s what gets me up in the morning

The gym gave me confidence. Naturally I shy away and don’t tend to be the loudest in the room. Training gave me a place to focus and structure my thoughts.

I can honestly say I am the best version of myself when I’m in the gym or helping others get this confidence. It enabled me to take this certainty to other places and show people my real personality.

I’m not about “excessive cardio or salads”. I’m about getting strong and athletic. Taking this step is one of the greatest things I have ever done for myself, and giving it to other people makes me whole.
