How to find us

Turn into Cedar Lane from the mini roundabout on the Frimley High Street, follow the road round to the left and drive through the car park. You will find Cedar Business Park through the back of the car park. Drive through the gates and follow the road to our unit where you will find Resolute Health car park space outside the front. Please park there, if the previous client hasn’t left yet just hold on for 2 seconds and pull in when they leave.
Enter the gym through the door and head up the stairs where you will find the Therapist waiting. If they aren’t ready yet there is a waiting area with some chairs next to the treatment room.
